A-Thermal is looking for an educated and experienced Compliance Engineer to start immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities
Purpose
Equipment Compliance: With respect to the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993), to ensure that at A-Thermal:
- All Machinery is in compliance with the occupational health and safety leguslation;
- A planned maintenance program is implemented;
- The statutory machinery records are kept and maintained.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Education required
Engineering diploma in either mechanical or electro-technical (heavy current); non-negotiable
Academic qualification of at least T3 or N5, or of an equivalent level.
Experience required
2 years practical experience in plant machinery operations
Machinery relevant: electrical furnaces, pumps, conveyors, shredders, air compressors, welding and related, forklifts, crane, and related process plant equipment.
