Are you immediately available for a 3-month contract position, and do you reside near Cape Town CBD?

Our client, a reputable accounting firm in Cape Town CBD, is seeking a proactive Administrator to provide high-level support to the Managing Director.

This role requires excellent typing skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a proactive approach to managing key administrative and business support functions. Duties & Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric qualification required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Company PA, Executive Assistant, Administrator, or operational support role
  • Solutions-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Experience supporting senior management, directors, or business owners
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Excel, spreadsheet management, and technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with sound judgement

DUTIES

  • Act as a trusted partner to the Managing Director on operational and strategic matters
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and business insights
  • Initiate and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage projects and initiatives
  • Monitor insurance requirements and yearly updates
  • Implement and improve operational processes and systems
  • Manage cross-functional projects and business improvements
  • Assist with compliance, governance, and statutory requirements
  • Prepare board packs and agendas
  • Maintain corporate records and legal documentation
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (auditors, legal advisors, consultants, national & international clients)
  • Foster a culture of accountability and efficiency
  • Manage spreadsheets assisting with financial document management
  • Work closely with finance and operational teams

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
