We are looking for a reliable, professional, and responsible Company Driver (FEMALE ) to provide safe and efficient transportation for company documents and goods as required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver documents, parcels, equipment, and other company items as required.
- Ensure timely arrival at appointments, meetings, and destinations.
- Plan routes efficiently and remain familiar with local roads and surrounding areas.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the company vehicle is clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Report any vehicle faults, accidents, maintenance requirements, or other issues immediately.
- Take the vehicle for scheduled servicing, inspections, and repairs when required.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel, and vehicle expenses.
- Adhere to all road traffic laws and company policies.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of company documents and information.
- Perform other driving-related duties as requested by management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Valid Driver’s Licence .
- Previous driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
- [Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience preferred.]
