Bookkeeping - Accounts Receivable and payable
Timesheet and Remuneration processing
Data Maintenance
Workforce Administration and HR Support
Contract template management, Onboarding & Compliance verification, Workforce records & Movements
Skills Development
B-BBEE Compliance, Verification Support is absolutely essential
Executive Support & Office Administration
Draft minutes, General Operations, Asset Management, Google Drive Governance
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric and bookkeeping qualification or relevant qualification essential
A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience managing end-to-end bookkeeping functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and complex payrol or remuneration reconciliations
Demonstrated experience in HR administration, including drafting, compliance and maintaining meticulous workforce records
B-BBEE compliance - proven experience - ideally 3 - 5 years, coordinating B-BBEE verification processes, with specific expertise in managing the required scorecard elements
Executive support & Office administration - experience in providing high-level administrative support to executive-level management
Google Workspace, Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Monday.com - Workflow management
Slack - internal communcation
Xero - Accounting Software
SimplePay (Payroll software) - proficiency or experience not required
Package & Remuneration
R40,000.00 per month - no benefits
22 days annual leave over a 12 month cycle
