A National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12) is required. Current student or recent graduate with a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Strong grasp of grammar, spelling and written communication, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences. Some exposure to or understanding of digital communications, particularly social media. Basic knowledge of content creation, including social media posts, blogs, infographics and short videos. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and an ability to work in an organised and professional manner. Good working knowledge of MS Office.eed to Advantageous Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express or other basic graphic design and content creation tools. Previous involvement in student media, community projects or volunteer work related to communications, media or advocacy. Personal Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability. Basic research and information-gathering skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. Creative, solutions-oriented, and self-motivated. Confident in sharing ideas and contributing to projects. Organised and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
