Commercial Vehicle Warranty Clerk - Gauteng, East

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, process, submit, and manage warranty claims within OEM deadlines • Ensure all warranty claims are supported by the necessary documentation and repair order information • Verify warranty coverage and eligibility prior to claim submission • Monitor outstanding claims and follow up on rejected or unpaid claims • Liaise with service advisors, workshop controllers, technicians, and manufacturer representatives regarding warranty matters • Reconcile warranty accounts and ensure accurate claim tracking • Prepare and maintain warranty records and reports • Ensure compliance with OEM warranty policies and procedures • Conduct regular audits of warranty submissions to minimise claim rejections • Assist with manufacturer warranty inspections and audits • Identify trends and opportunities to improve warranty claim recovery Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Warranty Clerk within a commercial vehicle dealership environment • Proven experience with warranty administration and claim submissions • Strong administration and organisational skills • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with FUSO Commercial Vehicles warranty processes an advantage • Experience with Mercedes-Benz Trucks/Commercial Vehicles warranty • administration an advantage • Working knowledge of Falcon Warranty System an advantage • Working knowledge of Clara Warranty Platform an advantage • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines Personal Attributes:
