- Receive and finalise instructions from brokers and clients in line with SLA requirements.
- Issue policies according to new business workflow processes.
- Process quotes, new business, amendments, endorsements, cancellations, and client queries.
- Action renewals and corrective actions within required timelines.
- Adhere to all internal and external processes, guidelines, mandates, and SLAs.
- Support client retention through accurate underwriting and strong relationship management.
Qualifications Certificates/Certification: Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance, FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4, Matric. Skills and Experience
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of short-term insurance legislation, regulations, and compliance. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Personality: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team. • Relationship-Building: Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. • Values: Alignment with company values and professional standards.
