 Location: City Deep Salary: R25 000 – R28 000 + Commission-based Benefits: Phone & data allowance 
 Overview 
 Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow their sales division. This role is focused on driving revenue, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring optimal stock availability aligned with market demand. 
 The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding the customer base while maintaining operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness. 
 Key Responsibilities 
 
 • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
 • Market and promote automotive products effectively
 • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
 • Ensure optimal stock availability and purchasing decisions
 • Grow and maintain a strong customer base
 • Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
 • Report directly to the General Manager
 
 Minimum Requirements 
 
 • Matric (Non-negotiable)
 • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in the automotive spare parts industry 
 • At least 3 years’ management experience within the same industry

 • Strong business and commercial acumen
 • Cost-conscious decision-making ability
 • Excellent communication and leadership skills
 • Ability to listen, understand, and respond effectively
 • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
 • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
 
 Preferred Qualifications 
 
 • Sales and/or Marketing qualification or certification (advantageous)
