Start free — we apply for you →We are looking for a Commercial & Retail Analytics Lead to lead delivery, quality and enablement across PEP’s commercial and retail analytics portfolio. This role supports Cellular, PAXI, PEPmoney and eCommerce analytics. The focus is to ensure that analysts deliver trusted, standardised and commercially relevant insights that support better business decision-making, improved performance visibility and stronger execution across key business areas. This is a senior player-coach role, responsible for improving delivery quality, managing priorities, supporting data engineering delivery, coaching analysts, and building confidence in commercial and retail analytics. Build the standards, data assets and reporting processes that support better business decision-making. Help improve the quality, speed and consistency of analytics delivery across embedded business teams. Be part of a modern, cloud-based analytics environment using tools such as BigQuery and Looker Studio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead analytics delivery across Cellular, PAXI, PEPmoney and eCommerce. Manage priorities, delivery rhythms, workplans and escalations across analysts and allocated data engineering support. Review key outputs to ensure analysis, dashboards, reports and executive packs are accurate, reconciled and decision-ready. Build consistent standards for KPI definitions, reporting logic, QA checks, reconciliations and dashboard outputs. Coach and develop analysts to improve technical quality, commercial judgement and stakeholder confidence. Support business stakeholders with insights linked to operating profit growth, transaction volume, product performance and revenue from data-led initiatives. Partner with Heads of Department, Product Owners, Finance, Marketing, Sales / Operations and senior stakeholders to ensure insights are clear, useful and business relevant.
