• Full property accounting function • Tenant billing & rental income • Recoveries, utilities & escalations • Property and tenant reconciliations • Monthly property reporting • Budgets & forecasts • Analyse property performance and variances • Balance sheet reconciliations • VAT and audit support Job Experience & Skills Required:
• BCom Accounting / Finance • 3+ years Property Accounting experience • Commercial property experience essential • Strong tenant accounting & reconciliation exposure • Property management system experience advantageous • Advanced Excel Apply now!
