• Own the commercial and financial performance of assigned projects. • Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, revenue and margins. • Act as the key commercial counterpart to the Project Manager under the "4-Eye Principle." • Ensure financial targets and governance requirements are met. ð??? Project Controlling
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and cost control. • Monitor project performance and identify financial deviations. • Analyse profitability, margins and project financial performance. • Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasts to management. ð??µ Invoicing & Cash Flow
• Manage project invoicing against contractual milestones. • Monitor cash flow, collections and billing. • Identify and proactively resolve potential cash flow risks. ð??? Change, Claims & Margin Management
• Evaluate project scope changes and their impact on cost, revenue, schedule and profitability . • Manage variations, claims and change orders. • Protect project margins and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance. â? ï¸ Risk & Opportunity Management
• Identify commercial, contractual and financial risks. • Develop mitigation strategies. • Identify and maximise commercial opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. ð??? Contracts & Commercial Governance
• Manage contractual commitments and obligations. • Support contract interpretation and implementation. • Work with Legal and Project teams on claims, variations and change orders. • Maintain accurate contractual and commercial documentation. ð?¤ Procurement & Subcontracting
• Support purchasing and subcontracting activities for onshore projects. • Ensure commercially sound supplier and subcontractor agreements. • Monitor subcontractor commercial performance and contractual obligations. ð?? Stakeholder Management
- Work with Project Managers, customers, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Engineering and subcontractors.
- Become a trusted commercial advisor to the project team.
- Support commercial negotiations and maintain strong customer relationships.
ð??¯ WHAT YOU NEED â??ï¸ BCom Accounting / Finance â??ï¸ 5+ years' experience in Commercial Project Management, Project Controlling, Project Finance or a related field â??ï¸ French SPEAKING IS A MUST â??ï¸ Strong budgeting & forecasting experience â??ï¸ Project cost control and financial reporting â??ï¸ Invoicing & cash flow management .special-hidden { display: none; }
