Commercial Manager - North

• An established supplier of products, services and dedicated integrated pest management programmes to the agricultural sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to be responsible for developing and executing a commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, align with company objectives, and enhance market presence. The role involves leading the sales team, managing client relationships, overseeing distribution networks, and collaborating cross-departmentally to optimize product offerings and ensure compliance.

Minimum requirements for the role

• Must have a Bachelors' Degree or Diploma in Agriculture
• Minimum 5-10 years' commercial and sales experience in the agriculture industry within the specified region
• Ability to manage and develop a team of representatives
• Good administration skills and financial acumen is essential
• Excellent knowledge of the market and market development
