Minimum Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Executive | Portfolio Manager | Account Manager within the Short-Term Insurance | Commercial Insurance | Insurance Brokerage Industry
- RE5 Certification | FAIS Compliance | NQF Level 4/5 in Short-Term Insurance or Industry-Recognised Qualification required
- Proficient in MS Office | Excel | Outlook | Word essential
- Proven experience in Client Portfolio Management | New Business Development | Client Retention essential
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Insurance | Personal Lines | Assets All Risks | Travel Insurance | Underwriting Principles | Policy Structures will be beneficial
- Experience in Client Risk Assessments | Insurance Quotations | Policy Renewals | Insurer Negotiations | Regulatory Compliance required
- Excellent English Communication Skills | Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills essential
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable References and Payslips required
Salary Structure
- Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
