Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to join the Marketing team in Paarl .
The ideal candidate is highly organised , analytical, and collaborative — providing vital support to the commercial and logistics teams that drive our international citrus business. Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Assist account managers in customer relations and reporting . Customer communication regarding shipments and program deliveries . Day - to - day m anagement of selected clients. Assist with shipping claims Administrative support for 3rd party fruit procurement process . General support for commercial operations team when required .
Essential Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification with minimum of 1years’ experience in a similar commercial, logistics, or export administration role — ideally within the fresh produce, agriculture, or export industry. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
