CK Africa Talent is seeking a motivated, organised and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator Graduate for a pharmaceutical company based in Gauteng. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across commercial functions, including pricing, reimbursements, tender administration, procurement and B-BBEE administration.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and within the required timeframes.
- Respond professionally to customer calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure that information is properly documented.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams.
- Assist with customer service-related tasks to support daily operations.
- Ensure that customer queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy, organisation and communication.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
- A commercial degree or diploma.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good administrative and organisational abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams.
Package & Remuneration
Salary: R15,000 per month.
