- Are you equipped to help a dynamic finance team optimise their collections strategy through data-driven insights? We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Strategy Analyst to join a forward-thinking organization in the finance industry. This pivotal role will support our client's growth by enhancing collection processes and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Analyse collection data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives aimed at improving collection outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in the refinement of collections models and strategies based on data analysis.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in analytics, preferably within finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings clearly.
- Solid understanding of collections processes and financial metrics.
Familiarity with the following
- Financial modelling and forecasting.
- Data visualisation best practices.
