Collections Consultant- Seasonal Temp- Engage grade 3

Grade 12 Tertiary qualification would be advantageous At least 1 year of experience in collections or customer service would be advantageous Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet collection targets Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to handle difficult customers and situations with tact and professionalism Knowledge of collection laws and regulations is an asset Computer literacy essential A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Working Conditions: The Work from Home Call Centre Collection Agent will work remotely and will be responsible for providing their own workspace. This is a commission-based role. The job may require sitting for long periods and using a headset or phone.
