Collections Consultant- Seasonal Temp- Engage grade 3

Grade 12 Tertiary qualification would be advantageous At least 1 year of experience in collections or customer service would be advantageous Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet collection targets Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to handle difficult customers and situations with tact and professionalism Knowledge of collection laws and regulations is an asset Computer literacy essential A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Working Conditions: The position is available will available until the end of January 2027 when your performanc will be evaluated and you will be considered for a permanent position. This is a commission-based role. The Minimum Income is R5259.00.The Maximum Income while on a seasonal contract will be R25 000.00.Maternity Leave is UNPAID.While employed on the Seasonal Contract, they will not be allowed to take Annual Leave during the period of 15th December 2026 to the 08 January 2027, except for public holidays.Please note that consultants are required to work shifts in line with operational requirements. Shift preferences cannot be requested or guaranteed. Your allocated shift will be communicated to you upon successful completion of your training.
