Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize collections campaigns and strategies.

• Manage and enhance the end-to-end client journey within the collections environment.

• Analyse portfolio and campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.

• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve collections outcomes.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.

• Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable business insights.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Relevant Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience within a collections-focused environment.

• Experience designing and implementing collections strategies and campaigns.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into effective collections solutions.
