We’re Hiring – Cold Store Administrator (Night Shift)
A leading seafood processing and distributing company in Montague Gardens wants to appoint a Cold Store Administrator to work a night shift from 17:00 to 02:00.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key duties include
Staff attendance & records
Timesheets & HR coordination
Service provider management & SAP purchase orders
Chep pallet control & reconciliations
Stock procurement & documentation control
Reporting & liaison across departments
Desired Experience & Qualification
What we’re looking for
✅ Vibrant, hardworking, loyal team player
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Strong Excel & admin experience (3–5 years)
✅ Warehouse/cold store background preferred
✅ Ability to multitask, work under pressure & meet deadlines
✅ Willingness to work night shifts
