- To independently conduct cold chain services according to standards protocol, work instructions and procedures as prescribed through PPECB's legislative mandate.
High level Objectives
- To ensure service delivery to clients in line with the organisations regulatory mandate.
- To ensure compliance with the BMS, ISO 9001 and all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- To ensure completeness of income
- To ensure compliance to Human Capital policies and procedures.
- To ensure effective Risk Management.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the perishable-export logistical chain
- Experience in PPECB cold chain disciplines; with minimum of 65 credits, that is 50 credits for cold chain technical skills & 15 credits for soft skills I-Thrive.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Knowledge of perishable-export industry
- Knowledge of policies and procedures;
- Product and technical knowledge
- Systems and process knowledge
- Knowledge of risk management
- Must be able to travel locally and nationally as and when the job requires him/her to do so
- Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable car.
- Must be in good health
