Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
Develop and launch exciting new features that enhance the user experience
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that stands the test of time
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to create seamless app functionality
Troubleshoot bugs, solve technical challenges, and optimise application performance
Collaborate with designers, product teams, and fellow developers to bring innovative ideas to life
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and continuous improvement
Play an active role throughout the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and support
Ensure applications are secure, reliable, and deliver an exceptional user experience
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the development team

Minimum 4+ years' experience in mobile application development, with at least 2+ years of hands-on Flutter development
Strong proficiency in Flutter, with a proven track record of building and maintaining production-ready mobile applications
Minimum 3+ years' experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations
Practical experience with state management frameworks such as Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or GetX
Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and clean coding principles
Experience using Git and working within collaborative development environments
Strong knowledge of both Android and iOS development principles, performance optimisation, and platform-specific considerations
Experience deploying and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Exposure to cloud services such as Firebase , including Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, or Push Notifications, is advantageous
Experience with CI/CD pipelines , automated testing, and deployment processes is a strong advantage
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, solve problems creatively, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
