We are seeking an experienced Code 14 driver to transport coal from Limpopo to Witbank. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of loads over long-distance routes, along with pre- and post-trip truck inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport coal from Limpopo to Witbank on a regular basis
- Conduct thorough truck inspections before and after each trip
- Operate and manage truck bins correctly during loading and offloading
- Report any mechanical faults or safety concerns promptly
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company transport policies
- Maintain accurate trip records and documentation
Requirements
- Valid Code 14 driver's licence
- Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
- Proven experience hauling coal and/or petrol
- Experience operating truck bins
- Solid long-distance driving experience
- Strong understanding of vehicle inspection procedures
- Good safety record and reliability
