- Valid South African Code 10 (C1) driver's licence wit valid PDP/PrDP.
- Minimum 2–3 years' relevant driving experience.
- Good knowledge of South African roads and routes.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when required.
- Physically fit and able to assist with loading/offloading where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Code 10 vehicles, including trucks and other heavy vehicles.
- Deliver and collect goods according to scheduled routes.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical defects.
- Ensure goods are loaded, secured, transported, and offloaded safely.
- Complete delivery notes, trip sheets, and other required documentation.
- Comply with the Road Traffic Act, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the vehicle.
- Provide professional service to customers and clients.
- Report accidents, incidents, delays, or vehicle breakdowns promptly.
