Position: Inventory SupervisorLocation: Parow IndustriaMinimum RequirementsClear Crim RecordSober HabitsWilling to work alternative SaturdaysWilling to work in a fast-paced Warehouse.Grade 12 advantageousAdditional qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management is advantageous.3-5 years of inventory, warehouse, or stock control experience.Previous supervisory experience preferred.WMS Experience and Computer literate Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily inventory operations and warehouse stock control activities.Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of all stock transactions.Ensure stock is received, stored, and dispatched according to company procedures.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances.Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy.Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock trends to support business decisions.Assist with forecasting inventory requirements and maintaining optimal stock levels.
