The successful candidate will play a crucial role in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components in line with engineering specifications and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines.
- Manufacture components accurately following engineering drawings and specifications.
- Select appropriate tooling and machining parameters.
- Perform quality checks to ensure components meet required standards.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues when necessary.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in programming and setting CNC milling machines.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and quality control.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
