 Requirements: 
 
 • Minimum qualification of a NQF level 7 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
 • Professional Information Security Certification.
 • 5+ years’ experience working in a cybersecurity role, of which 3 years must be on Azure services and managing or supervising a team.
 • Solid understanding of the following security frameworks: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, NIST CSF would be advantageous.
 • Experience in either DevSecOps, Application Security, Security Architecture or Offensive Security would be advantageous.
 


 Responsibilities: 
 
 • Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, availability and accessibility of information and systems by authorised users based on appropriated standards.
 • Contribute to the implementation of the Balance Score Card initiatives.
 • Define and maintain the cybersecurity strategy for the organization
 • Ensure that the network and data remain secure through active information and cyber security management.
 • Define, implement, and efficiently maintain technology security controls and requirements in relation to the cloud platform.
 • Design appropriate remedial actions for identified risks.
 • Provide technical expertise to the solution or technical architect regarding systems requirements and solutions.
 • Establish, build and maintain collaborative working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders.
 • Scan the environment to ensure a clear understanding of stakeholder needs.
 • Manage service level agreements.
 • Manage service level agreements.
 • Contribute to the compilation of centre budgets and manage project expenditures related to functional area.
