Revive Herbal Health

We are looking for a passionate, confident and target-driven Clinic Consultant who enjoys working with people and has a genuine interest in health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations

• Welcome and professionally assist clients entering the clinic.
• Conduct client consultations and understand their wellness needs and concerns.
• Explain Revive Herbal Health products and wellness services clearly and professionally.
• Recommend suitable products and services within the scope of the role and company guidelines.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Promote Revive Herbal Health products, treatments and wellness services.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell appropriate products and services.
• Follow up with clients to encourage repeat purchases and treatments.
• Generate new business through referrals, promotions and client engagement.
• Participate actively in branch promotions, campaigns and events

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, healthcare, wellness, beauty, pharmacy, retail or a clinic environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking to clients about health and wellness products.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented.
• Professional, well-presented and friendly.
• Passionate about helping people and providing excellent customer service.
• Good administration and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays where required.
