The client is a specialised insurance provider based in Roodepoort. They provide short-term insurance products and services to their policyholders.
The Role: Client Service Executive
The purpose of this role is to provide personalised and attentive customer service to policyholders. The successful candidate will build continuous relationships with clients, handle product inquiries, manage policy renewals, and resolve any issues that may arise regarding short-term insurance policies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
No relevant experience is necessary for this role.
Build continuous relationships with clients in order to identify their needs.
Provide proactive and timely feedback to customers on a daily basis.
Engage with clients regarding questions about various products and services.
Update the system and database diligently with new client information.
Create and maintain client files.
Take responsibility for the renewals of client policies and focus on client retention.
Provide solutions and resolutions to clients regarding problems with their short-term insurance policies.
Desired Experience & Qualification
About You
No relevant experience necessary.
Completed degree, preferably a BCom.
Very strong academic results.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive with a positive and friendly attitude.
Professional demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
Solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Roodepoort, Gauteng.
