We are seeking a Client Service Engineer with good communication skills and customer interaction. The Incumbent must have an IT technical background.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Processing of escalations
- Logging & processing customer support tickets
- Customer interaction
- Build releases and change-logs, understanding of changes made to software
- Meeting deadlines and working with urgency
- Daily functional and technical investigations
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 3-5 years Customer experience
- Basic experience with SQL
- MS Office, specifically Excel
- IT or Software Qualification
