This is suited to Junior-level office admin experience, an individual who is eager to learn and build a long-term career in a new industry. The role involves you being the friendly, professional first point of contact for clients, while supporting day-to-day office operations in a rewarding role. This role requires a person to be committed to building a long-term career and contributing to the continued success of the organisation. Detail: REQUIREMENTS Matric, based in Durbanville or the surrounding areas with valid driver's license OWN TRANSPORT Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written) Junior-level office administration experience (internship or entry-level experience welcome) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A positive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within the company Comfortable working with basic office software - Word, Excel and Outlook DUTIES Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person Manage front-office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and courier / transport requirements Drawing up of tax invoices accurately Understanding supplier and clients and working with purchase orders Manage filing systems Assist with maintaining accurate client records and databases Daily dealing with the bank system for exchange rates Support the wider team with general administrative tasks Help coordinate internal communication and office logistics Handle client queries promptly and professionally, escalating where needed Request additional work that can be taken on to assist the team Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
