As a Client Onboarding Analyst, you will serve as the essential link between our client's valued customers and cross-functional internal teams. You won’t just be managing tasks; you will take true ownership of the onboarding experience, ensuring every new customer journey starts off smoothly, accurately, and on schedule. Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive Client Success: Act as the primary bridge and trusted point of contact between external clients and internal delivery teams to execute timely, seamless project onboarding.
- Master the Data: Collate, process, and clean up complex data sets from diverse sources using Excel, ensuring high integrity and accuracy across all deliverables.
- Keep Projects on Track: Coordinate and execute project-related administrative tasks, managing timelines and dependencies across multiple active accounts simultaneously.
- Innovate & Improve: Actively identify operational bottlenecks and propose product refinements to continuously elevate the customer onboarding journey.
- Champion Relationship Building: Establish trusting, professional relationships with stakeholders through proactive, clear communication and attentive service.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Spreadsheet Proficiency: Sound practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to comfortably process, organize, and clean up large data sets.
- Bilingual Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Afrikaans .
- Accountability & Organization: Proven ability to manage deadlines, organize multiple client accounts at once, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Mindset & Cultural Fit: A collaborative team player with an "approach and own" attitude, high intellectual curiosity, and the resilience to embrace change.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in a client-facing, project coordination, or account support role.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
