Roll out of the Programme

  • Recommended candidates will be given an opportunity to learn under a dedicated mentor. The Graduate will be assigned to the Client Care Department and exposed to various competency-based training.

Requirements

  • South African citizen with a valid South African Identity document.
  • Office Administration Diploma NQF 6
  • Passion for public service and an interest/desire to work in the Financial Sector.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment, willing to learn and work extra hours.
  • Energetic, self-driven and deadline-driven.
  • Must be computer literate.

Key Performance Areas

  • Register new complaints.
  • Assess whether a complaint falls within jurisdiction in terms of the FAIS Act or the
  • Assist and guide complainants in whether their complaint falls within the jurisdiction of the
  • Extract the essence of the complaint from available information provided and request additional information where required.
  • Refer complaints that do not fall within the jurisdiction of the FAIS Act and FSOS Act to other relevant entities.
  • Liaise with complainants and financial service providers

Other Key Competencies

  • The candidate must demonstrate the following skills: People management, presentation skills, problem-solving, interpersonal and conflict management skills, in-depth knowledge of the Human Resource value chain, the ability to perform consistently under pressure, and be team-oriented.
  • Preference will be given to the black female designated group and people living with disabilities, to advance the achievement of the office's EE targets.
