Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries
- Review monthly and annual financial reporting deliverables
- Provide technical accounting and advisory support
- Oversee financial statement preparation and compliance requirements
- Assist clients with financial and business-related decision-making
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
- Mentor and support junior accounting professionals
- Gain exposure to various aspects of accounting and financial management
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Qualified CA(SA) essential
- Completed SAICA articles
- Newly qualified CA(SA) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Experience reviewing financial statements and reporting packs
- Client-facing experience advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
