Overview

Responsible for managing maintenance inventory, spare parts, tools, and consumables to ensure maintenance teams have the resources required to carry out repairs and preventive maintenance activities efficiently.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and issue maintenance spare parts, tools, and consumables.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Monitor stock usage and reorder critical items when required.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage and housekeeping within the maintenance store.
Track and record the movement of parts and equipment.
Raise purchase requisitions for stock replenishment.
Liaise with suppliers and procurement teams regarding orders and deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
Prepare inventory and stock usage reports for management.
Support maintenance planning by ensuring required parts are available for scheduled work.
