To debrief drivers after completion of deliveries, ensuring the accurate recording of any on-route incidents as well as the control of all delivery documentation in alignment with predefined work objectives (as per agreed standard operating procedures).
Key Performance Areas
- Deliver work activities according to set standards in order to satisfy customers.
- Attend learning initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills.
- Own and live up to the company values.
- Execute own work according to set operating procedures service level agreements.
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
- Plan and organise own tasks to make sure that performance targets are met and standard operating procedures are adhered to (daily to 3 months).
- Debrief drivers, check and control delivery documentation.
- Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial performance.
- Provide continuous feedback on task delivery to support decision making.
Qualifications required
- Diploma (NQF Level 6)
Skills and Experience required
- Up to 3 years of experience in a similar environment with at least 1 year managerial and specialist experience.
- Basic reporting knowledge and / or skill
- Basic transport operations management knowledge and / or skill
- Intermediate administration knowledge and / or skill
