About the Role
Redial BPO is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment for employees and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring office facilities, communal areas, and restrooms are always kept clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, and restrooms.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and consumables as required.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Report maintenance issues and damaged equipment.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies.
- Ensure all areas are presentable and ready for daily operations.
- Previous cleaning experience in an office, commercial, or corporate environment preferred.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and health and safety procedures.
