Start your career in the Medical Aid Industry through an INSETA Learnership at Bestmed.
This learnership offers the opportunity to gain practical workplace experience while developing an understanding of medical aid claims and administration. You’ll learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable insight into how claims are assessed and processed within a medical aid environment.
Upon completion of the Learnership, you will receive an Occupational Certificate: Insurance Claims Administrator NQF Level 4.
Desired Experience & Qualification

- Tertiary education will be preferable
- Not currently employed
- 35 or younger
- SA Citizen
- Preference will be given to people living with disabilities
