An established short-term insurance brokerage located in the Highway area, providing tailored personal and commercial risk solutions to a diverse client base.

We are looking for a practical Claims Administrator / Technician to take full responsibility for end-to-end insurance claim submissions, negotiations, and administration on behalf of personal and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register, and process commercial and domestic insurance claims from start to resolution.

• Act as the direct link between clients and insurers to ensure fair and timeous claim outcomes.

• Prepare, verify, and submit all required claim documentation on Cardinal.

• Keep clients updated throughout the claim lifecycle, diffusing stress with clear communication.

• Assist team members with general insurance administration duties as operational demands require.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling short-term insurance claims (Commercial and Domestic).

• Proven hands-on experience using the Cardinal operating system.

• Sound technical understanding of short-term insurance policy terms and claim procedures.

• Relevant FAIS accreditation (preferred).

• Professional, well-presented appearance.

• Consistent punctuality and exceptional reliability.

Remuneration R20,000 – R25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
