Full claims lifecycle • Multiple insurers • Brokerage environment
We need an experienced claims handler who can own the process —from first notification of loss to final closure.
You bring
- 3-5 years short-term insurance claims experience
- Multiple insurer exposure (binder & non-binder)
- NQF4 in Short-Term Insurance (or studying towards)
- RE5 (beneficial)
- Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
- TIAL or CRM system exposure (advantage)
You'll own
- Claims registration to closure
- Liaising with insurers, assessors & suppliers
- Client communication & proactive updates
- TCF compliance & SLA adherence
- Escalation of complex or fraudulent claims
