- A completed National Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Valid Code B driver's license
- Computer literacy MS Word, Excel
- No previous experience required
- Ability to work under direct supervision, handle conflict, and maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficiency in Afrikaans and English
- Good human relations, interpersonal, and communication skills
- A high level of responsibility and attention to detail
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Planning and execution of visual assessments of paved and unpaved gravel roads according to TMH9 specifications.
- Planning, arranging, and conducting traffic counts at specific locations Planning, arranging, and inspection of allancillary assets
- Updating bridge inventory information Ensuring that projects are documented within the guidelines set out by the supervisor
- Ensuring that tasks are completed according to schedule/programme
- Attendance of meetings, reporting, and presentation of progress

SALARY: All-inclusive fixed-term contract package of R 110 000 per annum. GENERAL
- The total remuneration package includes all benefits, no separate or additional municipal contributions towards medical aid, pension, or group life schemes will be paid. Membership to any available scheme must be structured within the allocated cost to employer package, and proof of medical aid membership is mandatory to obtain the benefit.
