- An accredited B. Degree qualification in the Civil Engineering field of study
- Registration as a Professional with the Engineering Council of South Africa ECSA
- A minimum of five years' post-registration experience
- SARF Certification for Roads Training will be an added advantage.
- Experience with RRAMS will be an added advantage
- Ability to train and mentor civil graduates
- Computer Literacy
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- Draft a program in collaboration with the client designed to guide mentees through a structured, competency-based training program that aligns with ECSA's professional standards
- Establish formal monitoring structures where competency growth is tracked
- Recommend CPD-accredited training opportunities
- Mix of online and face to face engagements between Mentor and Mentees
