- Design and coordinate civil engineering services, including road infrastructure, stormwater and related municipal services.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications and documentation for contractor tender and construction purposes.
- Compile Outline Services Reports and Stormwater Management Reports for submission and approval by municipalities.
- Assist with the planning, supervision and management of civil engineering construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks and progress monitoring to ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications and standards.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, including issuing design instructions and resolving technical queries on site.
- Coordinate civil engineering designs with other professional disciplines to ensure successful project integration.
Requirements
- BEng or BTech in Civil Engineering.
- 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D as well as experience with SSA or similar design software.
