You will ensure that IT systems, infrastructure, and digital initiatives align with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and enable future growth.
Your key focus areas will include
- Developing and implementing a forward-thinking IT and digital transformation strategy.
- Overseeing IT governance, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, data management, and IT operations.
- Ensuring technology initiatives support and enhance overall business goals.
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing IT team and fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Honours or Masters degree preferred). • Minimum of 10 years progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 3 years at senior management or executive level. • Proven track record in managing enterprise IT systems, cybersecurity, and large-scale technology initiatives. • Strong business understanding with the ability to align technology with business needs. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
