Key Performance Areas
- Supervise and coordinate all network and communication system operations. Monitor network performance and security using advance tools.
- Ensure reliable connectivity across all departmental sites LAN/WAN/WIFI. Oversee backup, data recovery and all recovery procedures.
- Maintain ICT documentations.
- Ensure compliances with ITC security standard and data protection policies.
Prerequisites
- NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA.
- Qualification/s in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Telecommunication Engineering/ Electronic Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Information Technology/ Computer Sciences or related field.
- A valid driver's license except for people with disabilities
Person Profile
- Knowledge of network design, network security and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network protocols and Technologies TCP/IP, DNS and OSPF and BGP. Knowledge of LAN/WAN Technologies.
