Requirements/ Experience: - • Honours degree or equivalent in Business Information System Management or in Computer Science. • Masters’ degree in a related field would be an added advantage • 10 years’ experience in an ICT environment of which 5 years in a managerial position Knowledge and Skills: - In-depth knowledge of strategic planning and execution, In-depth knowledge of contracting and change management, In depth knowledge of information technology computer systems and software, In-depth knowledge of ICT risk management, Knowledge of PFMA principles and practices, Knowledge of principles and practices around personnel management, Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework, Report writing skills, Project management Behavioral attributes: - Planning and organised; Communication skills - written and verbal; Leadership ability; Analytical Strategic thinker; Presentation skills; Negotiation skills; Adaptability NB: - • Preferred candidate is African/Indian Female & People with Disabilities in order to meet NRCS EE targets as per our EE plan • Suitable qualified candidates will be subjected to employment and criminal checks • Suitable candidates will be required to undergo competency assessment.
