Job Experience and Skills Required: Experience Required: The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Executive Director, or Business Unit Executive within industries such as:

• Warehousing, logistics, or functional outsourcing environments

• Supply Chain Services

• 3PL / contract logistics

• Industrial Services

• Outsourced Operations

• Workforce Solutions Demonstrated success managing:

• Full P&L responsibility

• Large-scale operational environments

• Multiple customer contracts

• Significant workforce populations

• Complex service delivery models

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.

• MBA or equivalent executive qualification would be advantageous.
