- Identifies and defines immediate, short- and long-term objectives associated with the sale of municipal owned land for residential development.
- Controls outcomes associated with productivity and performance of personnel.
- Interrogates and investigates applications from the public.
- Implements and administers the sale of the municipal owned immovable property.
- Administers, controls and checks the post sales process.
- Investigates and concludes ancillary transactions to give effect to council programmes.
- Controls and implements spending with budgetary constraints and prepares monthly and quarterly reports on the financial implications of the section.
- Administers and controls the document flow of the section.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualification NQF Level 6 in Real Estate or Property Management or in the Built Environment e.g. Town and Regional Planning or Housing or any other related and equivalent qualification.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license
- 5 years relevant experience in Property Management.
- Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements
- Tertiary qualification NQF Level 7 in Real Estate or Property Management e.g. Town and Regional Planning or Housing or any other related and equivalent qualification.
- 6 years relevant experience in Property Management.
