- 5 years' experience at senior managerial level.

- Strategic Management at a senior management level;
- Provide management and support services to local government within the regulatory framework including the development of Local Government legislation;
- Municipal governance;
- Formal and informal interventions as well as investigations in terms of the Municipal Systems Act and Western Cape Monitoring and Support of Municipalities Act;
- Monitoring and evaluation municipal performance in line with the legislative requirements;
- Facilitating and monitoring infrastructure development within municipalities to ensure sustainable municipal infrastructure;
- Capacitating municipalities by providing support and capacity building initiatives; and
