Chief Commercial Officer

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will provide executive leadership across:

• Commercial strategy and execution aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives. • National sales leadership, including sales performance, customer acquisition, customer retention and key account management. • Pricing strategy and commercial governance to optimise profitability while maintaining market competitiveness. • Strategic supplier relationship management, including executive negotiations, joint business planning and supplier development. • Product and market expansion through the identification and commercialisation of new products, markets and growth opportunities. • Commercial excellence, including CRM optimisation, sales analytics, AI-enabled tools and other digital initiatives that improve customer engagement and business performance. • Market intelligence, monitoring industry trends, competitors, pricing, customer behaviour and market opportunities to support strategic decision-making. • Leadership and development of high-performing commercial teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and a results-driven culture. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline. An MBA will be advantageous. • Minimum 15 years' senior commercial leadership experience within industrial distribution, industrial wholesale, manufacturing or other technical product environments. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategy, leading national sales teams, pricing, supplier negotiations and key account management. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue growth, profitability, customer value and operational execution. • An inspirational leader with outstanding strategic thinking, negotiation, relationship-building and change management capabilities.
